To do what we do, we have expenses. In order to cover our UK and international operations costs we require our volunteers to pay a registration fee. We try to keep our overheads to a minimum to keep the registration fee as low as possible!

In order for you to keep on track with your payments we have devised an instalment schedule bespoke to each project departure date. Please note that 100% of your fee's must be paid 60 days prior to your departure as per our terms and conditions
Deposit payment (£50)
Payment 1(£200) - 90 Days later
25% of remaining balance - 150 days prior to departure
50% of the remaining balance - 120 days prior to departure
75% of the remaining balance - 90 days prior to departure
Final balance - 60 days prior to departure
*If participants register during the instalment period, payment schedules will be adapted to ensure all fees are up to date.

Managing your fees in real time couldn't be easier. In order to stay on top of your instalment plan, you are able to make added payments that suit you, simply choose the amount that you would like to pay below and submit your payment.
