Top 5 benefits of Travelling solo
Travelling Solo - The Benefits!
Travel presents endless learning opportunities, a chance for you to explore new cultures, experience new walks of life or even learn a new language. Travelling solo is even more beneficial to your personal development it gives you a sense of freedom and allows you to discover you. You will broaden your own horizons and you will realise the importance of exploring.
The majority of participants / volunteers who embark on an Impact Expedition with Travel Teacher choose to 'go solo' and realise their own potential away from those who comfort them. But remember its not just those who travel solo that choose Travel Teacher, see our popular blog - who volunteers with Travel Teacher.
We have complied our own reasons why you should travel solo!
1 - Step out of your comfort zone

Meeting people from diverse cultures and new places is a learning experience in itself, you are able to share stories and socialise in a different way to how you would with your regular friends. It is important to stay open minded when travelling and be approachable as don't forget there are many other travellers who are going solo also.
